This circuits class is a mixture of upper body, lower body, core and cardio. The class will get your heart pumping as you move round the different exercise stations. With adaptions and different options provided for intensity to suit all levels. This class will develop your muscular strength and endurance, as well as your cardiovascular health with functional exercises, body weight moves, kettlebells, dumbbells and more.
Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned pro, this class will be suitable for you!
