Alice teaches a range of classes, currently based at Yoga House, Catford, SE6 4JU


CIRCUITS
Circuits are a brilliant way to get a quick and efficient full-body workout. Expect kettlebells, functional exercise bags, and dumbells (with a bit of cardio thrown in for good measure). Alice’s class features 6 exercise stations and you’ll move through the full circuit 3 times.

KETTLEBELLS
This kettlebells class focuses on improving technique and developing muscular strength. Each week, we work through 3 core movements, building up to a final complex. Kettlebells encourage dynamic movement, combined with strength and power. You can expect, kettlebell swings, snatches, cleans and more.
